Payment System Transition

• The Village is transitioning to a new software system, temporarily affecting payment services.
• Online payments and auto-pay are unavailable. DO NOT try to log in.
• If you have auto-pay, stop payments immediately and call PSN Support at 866-917-7368 — payments cannot be stopped at Village Hall.
• Utility bills will be delayed and issued in mid-February.

The Historic District Study Committee held a public hearing to hear public comments on the preliminary Historic District Study Report on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. before the Regular Council Meeting.

On July 5, 2024, Berrien County filed its Notice of Intent to prepare the Materials Management Plan (MMP) and has become the County Approval Agency as required per Part 115, Solid Waste Management, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act,1994 PA 451, as amended. The MMP will be a multi-county plan among Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren Counties. Information about the MMP Planning Committee, along with committee meeting notices, will be posted at www.swmpc.org/materials_mngt.asp. MMP Committee Meetings are open to the public.
