Water bills were mailed November 1st with a due date of December 2nd. Payments may be mailed, dropped off at Village Hall, or paid online through Payment Service Network.

The annual Kindle Your Christmas Spirit Festival will be held on December 12th from 6pm – 8:30pm. M139 will be closed from Hamilton to the Bridge to allow attendees to walk around and enjoy the festivities downtown and at the Courthouse and Library.

On July 5, 2024, Berrien County filed its Notice of Intent to prepare the Materials Management Plan (MMP) and has become the County Approval Agency as required per Part 115, Solid Waste Management, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act,1994 PA 451, as amended. The MMP will be a multi-county plan among Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren Counties. Information about the MMP Planning Committee, along with committee meeting notices, will be posted at www.swmpc.org/materials_mngt.asp. MMP Committee Meetings are open to the public.
