Water bills were mailed on Thursday, May 1st, and are due on Monday, June 2nd.

If you have questions about your bill, please call the Village Hall and ask for the Utility Billing Clerk.

It’s that time of the year again! The annual Berrien Springs & Eau Claire Village Wide Garage Sales will be Thursday, June 19 – Sunday, June 22.

Please click here for a sign-up form to fill out and return to either the Berrien Springs or Eau Claire Village Hall by June 13th to be included on the list. You can sign up at either Village Hall in person as well. The permit fee is $6.00.

On July 5, 2024, Berrien County filed its Notice of Intent to prepare the Materials Management Plan (MMP) and has become the County Approval Agency as required per Part 115, Solid Waste Management, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act,1994 PA 451, as amended. The MMP will be a multi-county plan among Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren Counties. Information about the MMP Planning Committee, along with committee meeting notices, will be posted at www.swmpc.org/materials_mngt.asp. MMP Committee Meetings are open to the public.
